Cobblestone Legacies offers of range of genealogical-related services. We can perform these services separately or combine them with other services or a Research Package to provide the research plan that suits your needs and budget. Some of these services are included with the Research Packages, while others can be incorporated into a custom package.

Consultation Services

We offer assistance in solving your “brick-wall” problems, analyzing your current progress and recommending steps to continue your research, providing suggestions for organizing your paper or computer research files, and project management services. We can provide assistance in planning and organizing your research and genealogical data in preparation for a book to document your family history. ($30 Cdn) per hour (4 hours minimum) plus expenses, or see Fireside Consultation Package.)

Photography Services

We can take digital photographs of grave stones, cemeteries, family homes and other buildings of interest, landmarks, and family artifacts and memorabilia. These images can enhance your family history publication (book or newsletter), your web site, or your family history CD. ($30 Cdn per hour plus prints/images – contact us for a quote.)

Computer Services

We can construct a web site from your genealogical data, generate a variety of charts from your genealogical data, scan photographs and family documents into the computer, create a CD-ROM of your genealogical data and electronic images, or enter your genealogical data into a genealogy database program. We can also provide guidance to use your genealogy program to your best advantage. ($30 Cdn per hour plus expenses – contact us for a quote.)

Custom Packages

If you don’t see a package that meets your needs, please suggest a combination of hourly research and individual services and we will see what we can do to create a custom package that will suit your needs and budget.
